OUR

FLEET

The opencast mining industry is extremely competitive. Apart from our people, our equipment is our most important asset, and we pride ourselves on how we manage and maintain our fleet. Mining requires high availabilities and efficiencies, and we believe in maintaining a strict first life replacement policy on all primary equipment. Furthermore, we run a comprehensive four- pronged approach to maintenance which focuses on Scheduled maintenance, Condition monitoring, Preventative maintenance, and the implementation of our own techniques which go over and above those specified by the OEMs. These principles, which we stick to stubbornly, help us to remain ahead of our competitors.

We operate a diverse fleet of large mining equipment to service different contract scopes in a variety of commodities. The scale of our fleet along with its diversity affords us the opportunity to be flexible with our clients, allowing them to gain all the true benefits of using a contract miner.
